Potatoes survive & thrive

It’s the June Solstice! The plants are taking advantage of the long days. Our potatoes were damaged by frost earlier this June but they have quickly bounced back and are thriving.

Waiting for Spring

I call this old Jack Pine the Ent. Taller than the typical Ent in Tolkien’s Middle-earth. One of the oldest trees on our property, and hard to get a full photo of it!
